These Subscription Terms govern paid subscriptions, trials, billing, and renewals for the MyTestDMV Service.
MyTestDMV may offer free trials or discounted introductory subscriptions from time to time.
If a trial is offered, it will be clearly displayed before purchase. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and the full fee will be charged.

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
Billing cycles are based on the selected plan (e.g., 7-day, 30-day, or other duration).
By purchasing a subscription, you:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by disabling auto-renewal within your MyTestDMV account settings.
To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

Refunds are provided only as required by applicable law or at MyTestDMV’s sole discretion.
All refund requests must be submitted during an active subscription period.

MyTestDMV reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes take effect at the next renewal date.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
No compensation or refunds will be provided for temporary downtime.
MyTestDMV reserves the right to update these Subscription Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
